Monastery tour Zundert

With this circular walk through the countryside of Zundert you will cross the area around Abdij Maria Toevlucht: green fields as far as the eye can see, long lanes, beautiful mirrored fens, peacefully grazing cattle and oxygen-rich forests. It is a walk that gives you air and space in your head. Along the way you will meet experts in attention: the Trappists who live and work in the abbey. Or better: work and pray,'ora et labora\\\', as the monks say. By always focusing on a task, they do everything with dedication. This walk invites you to do the same: to walk, to be still and to pay full attention to yourself, your walking companion and the nature around you.
