Your route starts in Bergen. You first drive to De Berenkuil for a cup of coffee. Via the beautiful old Groet you pedal to the polder village of Burgerbrug. Your route takes you past Museum Eenigenburg, where you can learn all about remarkable things in the surrounding landscape using a large compass. Experience how parents and their children lived in the day laborer's cottage and follow the Eenigenburg family on their journey by ship to America in 1849. Further on you pass Museum Historisch Harenkarspel. In Tuitjenhorn you can see a beautiful neo-Gothic Roman Catholic church and rectory, beautifully spaciously situated in the village. The church was built in the mid-nineteenth century. In the pleasant Schoorl you pass the always pleasant Klimduin. In the artists' village of Bergen you see stately old buildings.
