On the way to the historic heart of Delft you cycle through the nature of the Dobbeplas and the Delftse Hout. On the edge of Delft you pass the Sint-Huybrechtstoren: a remnant of the medieval city wall. From the Paardenmarkt you cycle past the Hofje van Gratie, one of the four remaining courtyards in Delft. The route then takes you along the Oude Delft, the oldest canal in the city. Here you can see the Oude Kerk and pass the Sint-Agatha Monastery. Of course the Markt is also included. Here you can see the City Hall and the Nieuwe Kerk. Delft once had eight city gates. The Oostpoort from 1400 is the only one that remains. Through the Balijbos and the Westerpark you cycle back to Camping De Drie Morgen.
