Your route starts at Museumboerderij Mariahoeve. After a cup of coffee and a look in the museum, you put on your walking shoes. You soon walk to Pluktuin Het Platteland. Here you can pick some fruit to enjoy along the way. Then you walk across the estate of Kasteel de Vanenburg. Here you can enjoy the views over the fields, and you also walk a bit through the seventeenth-century park forest. The Vanenburgerallee is such a characteristic estate avenue that is lined with beautiful deciduous trees. From the pond you have a beautiful view of the main building. The villa is originally a seventeenth-century castle, which has been renovated several times. The beautiful gardens that surround it give it a nice cachet. You walk back along the edge of the estate, with beautiful views.
