The first part of the route takes you along the coast. After walking about three kilometers you will arrive at the village of Groote Keeten. This village is located on the widest beach in the region. Would you like to enjoy the sea a little longer? Then spend a while on this beautiful beach, take off your shoes and feel the sand between your toes. Then you continue walking to Julianadorp. This village is not only known for the dunes, but also the flower bulb fields that you find around the village. In the spring these fields form a sea of color.
