Cycling over the dikes and through the polder from Biezelinge to 's-Heerenhoek and back through beautiful villages.

We start the route at the parking lot of the gas station and restaurant in Biezelinge near junction 83.

Along Eversdijk and over the windy dike to s\\\'-Gravenpolder. The dike runs along a creek. A remnant of the former Zwake, a sea channel between the islands of Borssele and Zuid-Beveland.

Via beautiful dikes to Nisse. Just before Nisse there is an old iron gate indicating the location of the former stately'\\\'huis te Nisse\\\'\\\'. Nisse is located in the heart of'\\\'oudland\\\" of Zuid-Beveland. These were the islands around which a ring dike was constructed in the 11th and 12th centuries. From the 13th century onwards, ring dikes were constructed around the old land and thus"nieuwland\\\'\\\' was created. The hedgerow reserve shows what the old land used to look like. Nisse has a romantic village square with a large reformed church.

Between Nisse and 's-Heerenhoek lies a Catholic enclave in Protestant land.

There is also a large sheepfold with sheep, which graze the dikes. These dikes change in the summer into flower dikes due to the fertilization. Wild marjoram, woolly thistle and earthwort grow there.

Further on to the villages of Heinekenszand,'s-Heer Arendskerke and's-Heer- Hendrikskinderen. In Goes you should go to the centre to have a drink on the pleasant square and to visit the beautiful harbour with boats. Cycling under Kapelle we arrive at Biezelinge and driving to junction 83 we meet the car again.
