Description
Your route starts at Hundred BunderBos. First you meander along a nice road along a dike breach. Then you will take part in a bit of the eastern side of the Loons and Drunense Duinen National Park. In Vught you will see the monumental St. Peter's Church from 1884. The rural area below Vught is a mosaic of meadows, fields and wooded estates. On the edge of the forests of the Oisterwijkse Vennen you will pass Nemerlaer Castle from the fourteenth century. Oisterwijk itself is also a nice place to take a look around. St. Peter's Church is a neo-Gothic cross basilica from 1897 designed by Pierre Cuypers. The area around the church is so beautiful that it has been declared a protected village sight. A perfect spot to enjoy a drink on a terrace!
