Your route starts at Van der Valk Hotel Delft A4. From here you can drive straight into Delft. Enjoy the atmosphere in the beautiful city center of Delft before you continue driving! Just outside the city you drive past two beautiful recreational and nature reserves: Delftse Hout and the Bieslandse Bovenpolder. Then you cycle through the Abtswoudse Bos, a polder area with trees, shrubs, ditches, puddles and small ponds. Centrally located in the forest is the art project 'Mother Earth', a hill in the shape of a woman's body. At the highest point you have a beautiful view over the forest, the polder and the nearby cities. Via Schipluiden you cycle back to your starting point, past De Zeven Gaten. These seven ditches form a special nature reserve full of birds.
