Description
The Adventurous Swamp Route starts and ends in Olmen at hiking junction 80 on the Dessel-Kwaadmechelen Canal and mainly runs through the Griesbroek Nature Reserve.
In the Griesbroek you walk in a varied landscape of the Grote Nete valley, between Hulsen and Olmen via adventurous bridges and wooden paths over the swamp.
The route is fully signposted with hiking junctions.
In wet weather, take appropriate footwear into account
