Description
The starting point of this walking route is in Wespelaar, a sub-municipality of Haacht.
The route runs through the center of Haacht where you pass the St. Remigius Church and a play park with the former castle site of the Lords of Roost.
Via the Antitankgracht you walk to the Haachts Broek nature reserve, a beautiful nature reserve. Both history and nature lovers can indulge themselves here. Boots are necessary, because some parts are difficult to navigate in a wet spring.
At the end of the route you will pass Arboretum Wespelaar with a world-class plant collection.
