Description
The starting and ending point of this walk is near Bosmuseum Gerhagen where you can also find information about the forests of the Merode area and the gate to the area. There is a playground and a lookout tower, from where you have a breathtaking view of the area.
You walk through the Gerhagen nature reserve, known as a quiet area with 1000 hectares of forests, meadows, fens and heathland.
The walk is fully signposted with hiking junctions.
