Description
For touring cyclists who, individually or in small groups, mainly want to enjoy the surroundings. On paved and (sometimes) semi-paved roads and cycle paths. Largely over the node network, so not everywhere. Hilly terrain, including a section on the Nijverdal-Holten Toeristenweg.
The route leads through the woods around Hellendoorn, along the Wierdensveld nature reserve, through the beautiful rural area around Rijssen (Zuna, Notter, Ypelo: Ot & Sien could still live there). Regge.
This route is part of a circuit of eleven LF-Rondjes through Twente with Almelo as the starting point. If you have cycled all eleven, then you know better than anyone the versatility of the Twente landscape.
