Further on you will pass Warmelo, a manor whose history dates back to 1315. You can visit the beautifully landscaped ornamental gardens here. A figurative stone's throw away you will pass the Johanneskerk from 1679 and Huis Diepenheim, a manor that originally dates from 1105. The current building largely dates from 1648. On the other side of Diepenheim you can take a look at the Nijenhuis from 1662. The fourteenth-century Weldam is the last estate on your route. You cycle back to Boerderij Erve Tankink along the Twenthe Canal, dug in 1938. Time for a drink and ice cream.
