Description
This route takes you through beautiful places in the forest and heathland around Garderen. It is best to start the route at Boshuis Drie on the Sprielderweg (near junction 81). There you can possibly To park the car. And start with a delicious cup of coffee. something sweet. You will soon take a short trip to the Solse Gat. On site you can read everything (the legend and the reality) about this place. This area is characterized by beautiful stately trees. A few years ago, as part of an art project, a number of specially designated trees were provided with beautiful carvings. In Garderen there is an ice cream parlor (Ice Age) with delicious traditionally made ice cream. Further along the route you will pass Radio Kootwijk. The route offers you a beautiful variety of forest and heathland. A sheepfold and possibly also sheep grazing on the heath. Beautiful views over the vast heathland. Along the route you will find several benches to take a break. This route is definitely worth it!
