Description
Want to enjoy the outdoors even more after your visit to the Garden Festival in the Gardens of Appeltern? Take a bike ride through the historic town of Batenburg with its ruins, cross the Maas with a ferry and pass through villages such as Dieden and Megen.
Then cross the Maas again with a ferry and you will arrive at De Gouden Ham recreation area. Along the way you have the most beautiful views over the river Maas.
Note: The ferry has adjusted sailing times outside the summer season. Check online in advance whether the ferry is sailing before you set off.
