(the sign is turned) At the end of this street there is a break, turn left there, you will arrive at junction 40, then to junction 13 - cross the railway, after the railway on the left there will be a sign for cyclists - diversion B - follow this .
Then turn left at the sign end B, end right. And then you're back on the route.
