Short tour on narrow cycle paths over narrow headlands right through the lake area. Tip 1, park at the cemetery on Berenstijnseweg, Hilversum. After junction 11 you will come across the Gooilust estate on your left. Cycle through it. The flower garden is open on Tuesdays and Saturdays, really worth it. If you drive through the estate you will arrive at the Zuidereind. Turn left to Junction 8 to rejoin the route. Tip 2, if you are at Vreeland, you should definitely take a look at the bridge over the Vreeland. Often a pleasant bustle of boat traffic and a busy bridge keeper.
