Description
Between Sittard and Brunssum you will find plenty of natural beauty. First you will loosen up your legs in the forests of the Brunssummerheide and the nearby Heidserpark. Further on you will cycle through the protected village view of Amstenrade, after which you will cycle a bit through the Geleenbeekdal. You can get off at the Stadspark Sittard on the Markt to enjoy the historical atmosphere. After a short crossing through Germany you will come to the Kruisstraat in Bingelrade along Kasteel Raath, a nobleman's house from 1804. Finally, south of Schinveld you will cycle through the Schutterspark that was designed between 1920 and 1940.
