Wine Route South Limburg

This cycling route takes you past the best that Burgundian Limburg has to offer. You brave climb after climb straight through the Limburg Hills. Along the way you will encounter well-known Limburg vineyards, such as Wijngoed Fromberg, Domain Holset, Wijngoed Wahlwiller and Wijndomein St. Martinus. You will also discover several other locations that are also known for their South Limburg regional products, such as Chateau St. Gerlach and the Eyserhalte. All in all, there is plenty to discover during this route, which also offers a tough challenge for the experienced cyclist. In the months of September and October you can attend one of the wine events along the way, or pick grapes in the St. Martinus Wine Estate. The route starts at St. Martinus, where there are sufficient parking options.
