Walking in nature near Lichtenvoorde

In the countryside of Lichtenvoorde you can take a beautiful walk through nature. The route takes you partly over unpaved and sometimes damp paths, so make sure you wear waterproof shoes. First you follow the line of a stream and walk along a leafy road past fields and grasslands. Then you walk in a half arc through a landscape park. This park is part of the Voshutten Estate, which is only a few years old. On the Brandersdijk you will pass some beautiful farms, from the Boschlaan you enter the Koolmansdijk. In this small-scale and relatively humid nature reserve you can enjoy a wonderfully peaceful walk along flower-rich meadows. In June there are plenty of orchids blooming here. Species such as parnassia and sundew also occur here. The route ends at Skik & Zo Eten & Drinken.
