This walking route of almost 9 kilometers starts at't Veerplein in Anna Jacobapolder and ends at the same Veerplein. This Veerplein was world famous in the last century thanks to the Ferry that sailed from Anna Jacobapolder to Zijpe (Bruinisse). The walking route is a route in which peace, space and nature are central. You walk along the water, through the polder, through the center of the small village of Anna Jacobapolder, and then back to't Veerplein via the outside of the island of St Philipsland. Want to slow down? Then this route is highly recommended.
The route has a restaurant at the start and end point where you can have a drink and stop for a sanitary stop. It is therefore advisable to bring at least bottle(s) of drinking water and perhaps a snack for the road.
