De Lutte walking route

This route takes you through the gently sloping bocage landscape around De Lutte. You walk past fields, meadows and through small-scale forests. Sometimes you have a beautiful view over the fields, other times you walk through a hedge of shrubs and trees. This region is wonderfully quiet. Ideal if you want to charge the proverbial battery for a day. To get to junction R66, you make a small climb. A little later you do this again when you walk from junction R34 onto the Tankenberg. At 85 meters this is the highest hill in Overijssel. The route leads you further through the forest and past a modest Marian chapel.
