Tour around Losser

It is nice to cycle between Enschede and Losser through a mix of fields, grasslands and small-scale nature reserves. You drive through the park forest of Hooge Boekel, an estate founded by a textile manufacturer. At junction 17 you cycle into the Haagse Bos. This nature reserve is characterized by the presence of deciduous trees and wet heathland. Losser is a pleasant village. Here you pass the detached Martinus Tower from the fifteenth century. Just outside the village you drive a bit through the valley of the Dinkel, a river that originates in Germany. Step off for a moment to enjoy the idyllic surroundings. You make a shortcut through Germany, finally cycling around junction 8 through the Derkingsmaten, a green corridor. Time for a pancake from Mister Pancake.
