Tour of Vijlen and Vijlenerbos

Your route starts at Hotel-Appartementen De Oude Hamer. You make a short cut over narrow wooded paths. When you walk out of the forest again, you have a beautiful view of the Vijlen church tower. You will also see many vineyards here, such as Wijngaard St. Martinus . On the other side of Vijlen you walk on an unpaved path through the hills. You can enjoy the peace and beautiful views here. You soon climb into the woods on the Vijlenerberg. It is such a wonderfully peaceful walk here under the many deciduous trees! You regularly have beautiful views of the rolling surroundings. In the middle of the woods you pass an oasis: Boscafe't Hijgend Hert. Here you can relax and regain your strength with something tasty and a drink.
