Round Markiezaatsmeer along Woensdrecht and through Bergen op Zoom.

We leave at node 84 in the village of Wouwse plantage, where there was a fair that day, so the entire village was closed to traffic. We parked in the woods on the edge of the village. We drive on an excellent cycle path to junction 18. Along this is another campsite, where you can drink coffee. On hilly paths and through old forest we drive towards Woensdrecht. Just before Woensdrecht you can see the Brabantse wal. A height difference of 15 to 20 meters with the polders behind it. Just in Woensdrecht, on the corner there is a well-known café, we turn right into the Damespolder. A little further is a tiny village, founded around 1900, the Völkerdorp. The church has already been demolished and the school is now a barn. An information board is located at the entrance to the village. Still nice to look at. At the Scheldt-Rhine Canal we cycle under the highway and soon arrive in a car-free zone. This continues to Bergen op Zoom. A bike path with windmills, sheep and beautiful views. If you climb the dike, you look over the Markiezaatmeer to Bergen op Zoom. Over the Molenplaat to Bergen op Zoom. It is useful to have a map of Bergen op Zoom with you to get to the city center. The Markiezenhof is a beautiful building with ironwork on the windows and a very beautiful gate. You can view it from a terrace. Many cozy cafes and restaurants can be found on the Markt. We ate a delicious pizza at Amore Mio in a side street. Using my self-made map via the internet, I cycled from the Markt  to node 15. I couldn't identify the nodes in the city. A small  a bit close to the national road we turn into the Zoomweg. We reach the Wouwse Plantage again on beautiful cycle paths.
