Daun eight via Gerolstein and Manderscheid

To be able to start this eight nicely, it is best to do this in Daun, because after the first round it will become clear whether you wanted to complete the Daun Eight in its entirety that same day, or would rather finish the second part the next day, for example. from Gerolstein, which is closest to Prum and can easily be reached via the Radbus Line 465 from, for example, the Wald Camping Prum.

Adies: However you cycle on this route, first choose the South/West side of this figure-8 from Daun, as you can then fall back on line Radbusse 777 and 555 on the way back.

Tip: While you are in Manderscheid, don't forget the two museums, the Maar and Heimat Museum, the Maria Grotto and Belvedere. Further on if you dare to climb this road with a crossroads next to it to the monastery town of Buchholz. Here there is a large bench on a podium in front of the church and a well in front of the church. The others receive a consolation prize via the town of Pantenburg to the exit with the Mahre-Moosel Radweg with a picnic area on the corner, but there is also a nice lady waiting for you. Then you first pass the Holzmaar and further the 3 Schakelmehren to the place of the same name!
