Your route starts at Brasserie R-1854. The Reggedal and the Boven Regge area have been embellished with many projects in recent years. Old meanders have been connected to the river and, where possible, the river is given more space. The result is a more natural and resilient water system. The meandering Midden-Regge is a 'walking' river. This is because the river erodes the land on the outside of the bend and deposits the sand again on the inside of the bend. The route takes you from the waterfront to Erve Woolderink, an organic farm. The farm itself has a beautiful saddle roof of straw and tiles. You can also take a look around Wijngaard Baan, which is open to visitors almost all year round!
