Round trip Gorp and Rovert via Hilvarenbeek

Your route starts at Taverne In de Brouwerij. Along the edge of the Roovertsche Heide you cycle to the Belgian border. From here you follow the Roovertsche Leij, a stream that meanders through a beautiful nature reserve. You cycle over the authentic estate Gorp en Roovert with its dense forests: beech and oak, with here and there plantings of conifers. In Gorp you see a beautiful monumental hunting lodge from 1870, which is called 'het Kasteeltje'. Just below Goirle you come along the Bankven, an idyllic spot. You cycle back along the beautiful Vrijthof of Hilvarenbeek, a typical example of a Frankish market field. At the end of the route you arrive back at Taverne In de Brouwerij, where you can relax with a snack and a drink.
