After spending the night at Recreatiepark De Leistert, you are completely refreshed for a day of cycling through Central Limburg. First you drive to Waterbloem, a beautiful name for a nature reserve that consists of forest and marshes that are intersected by the Roggelse Beek. In Neer you can admire the neo-Gothic Sint-Martinuskerk from 1910 on Kerkplein. It is nice to cycle to Buggenum along the floodplains of the Maas.

Horn
In Horn you can get off for a nice lunch at Eetcafé Aan de Kirk. A little further on you can take a look at Kasteel Horn, before you drive through the forest to Baexem. A little later you enter the Het Leudal nature reserve, one of the most beautiful in Limburg. You will find an alternation of wet and dry forests. And silence! In Roggel you pass the striking St. Peter's Church, which partly dates from the fifteenth century.
