Description
The Loonse en Drunense Duinen is one of the most beautiful nature reserves in North Brabant. From the saddle you can enjoy the vast forests in this national park. And the peace.
De Brand It is wonderful to cycle along the edge of the forests. On one side you can smell the fresh conifers, on the other side you look out over meadows and fields. At junction 36 you will pass the popular cafe-restaurant Bosch en Duin. A nice place for a stopover. Further on lies De Brand. This small-scale landscape with its centuries-old deciduous forests and small flowery meadows offers you a glimpse into the past.
Picturesque Giersbergen Stop in Giersbergen to admire the old long-façade farms. A little later you cycle under the cool canopy of the forests again. At café-restaurant De Roestelberg you can enjoy a well-deserved refreshment. An ideal moment to walk into the sand drift to experience that real dune feeling of the Loonse and Drunense Dunes.
