Cycling in Hindeloopen

For the explanation of this cycle route we start cycling in Stavoren. We start on the Jurisdiction road on route 98 and drive along the IJsselmeer over the Sedyk towards Molkwerum. Here we continue the route with number 97 to Hindeloopen . Take a moment to rest in between and walk up the dike to enjoy the view. When you continue driving you will pass a beautiful stretch of beach in Hindeloopen . A very nice place that goes directly to the city itself. In the city itself you will find a lot of history and beautiful streets. Really a place to put your bike aside and just take a walk through the city. Of course you can also view the outside of the city by bike, for the most beautiful streets you will have to get off. View the beautiful church, visit the skating museum or relax on the beach. Not interested in this and just want to cycle? Then you take the bike to continue via route 97 to 96 in the direction of Koudum.

Cycling in Stavoren

We continue the route to Koudum, go through the beautiful meadows and take 95, 94 and 12 through this village. After this we take 99 past Molkwerum and then take the path to Stavoren back to your starting point. Then it is up to you to pick up the bike for a new route, enjoy this city with all its splendor and history or go home. When you walk around here for a while, you can also see the beautiful streets here and absorb the history.
