Explore the surroundings of Loenen

This cycle route takes you through the IJssel valley. First you drive to the village of Hall, where you will pass the fifteenth-century Sint-Ludgerkerk, among other things. At junction 48 you cycle into Landgoed het Leusveld. Here you will find a mix of forests, fields and wet meadows. Then you drive through the cozy village center of Brummen. Just before Empe, to the right of the cycle path is the Oude IJssel, a nature reserve that was created around a former branch of the IJssel. In Voorst you drive past some beautiful monumental buildings, after which you drive through the Appense Bos. In Klarenbeek you pass De Hoop, an octagonal flour mill from 1905 that is covered with reeds. Finally, you will pass the famous Loenense Waterfall. The route ends at Hotel Restaurant De Loenermark.
