Description
Route is according to version 2023. In some places the route has been deviated from, e.g. before arriving at Rufus, ferry across the Noorder Alde wei waterway, the public path has been followed (avoiding the meadow, private property). The route also avoids the ferry at Goingarijp. Route through Sneek is almost in line with the 2023 route.
NB After crossing at Rufus you can also choose to follow the shell path, turn right, and leave it and follow the paved road via hamlet Ballingbuur to Goingarijp. The same applies to Therherne by following the public road, through the village itself.
