Cycling route Vrederust Ice Farm

A day of cycling through a region with vast grasslands, gently rolling hills and vast forests? It's possible with this route! First you explore the Kromme Rijn region, a low-lying landscape of meadows, ditches and orchards. You pass Sterkenburg Castle, further along you pass the Rijn and Weert, a corn mill from 1882. Werkhoven is rich in beautiful old buildings and therefore enjoys a protected village view. In Houten you cycle through the historic city center. Here you can see, among other things, the white twelfth-century Pleinkerk. On the outskirts of Zeist you will pass Slot Zeist, a seventeenth-century pleasure resort.
