Tour around Ede

In the rural area around Ede you can experience a wonderfully varied day of cycling. Just after boarding you can view the Airborne Monument at L55, after which you cycle along the edge of the Ginkelse Heide. Then you cycle a few kilometers through the woods to Bennekom. Here you will see some beautiful monumental buildings. You will also pass the sixteenth-century Alexander Church. From junction 13 you drive along the Binnenveldse Hooilanden. This nature reserve consists of species-rich grasslands that grow on moist peat soil. There used to be many of these so-called blue grasslands in the Netherlands, but now they are extremely rare. You cycle a few kilometers past meadows and fields, after which you enter the Edese Bos. On the Ginkelse Heide you can view the Belgian monument, after which you can enjoy a meal at Bloem Ede.
