The 22.11 km route follows the start of the 11 km. After which they walk along the Westerparklaan at the NAC stadium. They cross over and turn left onto the Ettensebaan. After this, they turn right onto Tuinzigtlaan, through Heuvelstraat and Scharenburgstraat. Then cross over and continue on the right side of the road via the Dr Struyckenstraat along the Burgemeester van Sonsbeeckpark. Cross at the traffic lights until you see the trumpet on the left. You walk in here. Go straight ahead on the Almondepad, after which you turn left on the Baronielaan. Then turn left again, walk down the Wilhelminastraat. Cross the road at the traffic lights on the Nieuwe Ginnekeweg. Turn left at Van Coothplein. Turn right into Concordia Street. After which you turn right via the Markendaalseweg and continue towards the center. Via the Waterstraat (the road from where the Avenue lights) you turn left into the Nieuwstraat until you reach the vissestraat. You walk onto the Havermarkt through the KMA, through Valkenberg park. Until you reach the JF Kennedylaan. You walk to the right until you walk past the chasse field. Then, at the traffic lights, walk straight ahead all the way down Claudiusprinsenlaan. Turn left onto Heerbaan. You walk all the way out until you reach the Tilburgseweg. Here you turn left. You walk out of this on the Teteringsedijk. After this you will come across a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit (this is straight ahead from where you came from) into Sint Ignatiusstraat. You keep following this road until you finally reach the BUas.

You will pass the new court building, valkenberg park, Cafe de Kater, the NAC Stadium, several smaller parks, the van Coothplein, the Chasseveld and the BUas.
