Cycling between the Meuse and the German border

After a snack at Mert 5 you drive across the Markt van Beesel. You can see some beautiful monumental paths here. A little later you drive into the outside area. A beautiful cycling backdrop of meadows, fields and the banks of the Maas. You make a trip to Reuver, a little later you drive through, which enjoys a protected village view due to its eighteenth-century appearance. At De Witte Stein it is time to get off for a stopover before you drive onto the Prinsendijk. This leafy path forms the German-Dutch border for a few kilometers here. You make a shortcut through the Beesels Broek, a humid alder and poplar forest. You cycle through the hamlet of Rijkel, on the banks of the Maas you pass corn mill De Grauwe Beer. In Beesel you can see the nineteenth-century Sint-Gertrudiskerk.
