Walking tour of the Hanseatic city of Hasselt

Just before the Hanseatic city of Hasselt you walk along the Stenendijk along the Galgenrak. This monumental dike dates from the sixteenth century and provided protection against the Zuiderzee. In the heart of Hasselt, time seems to have stood still a bit thanks to the many old buildings that still stand here. Take the time to soak up the atmosphere here! You can already see your destination looming in the open landscape. Back at your starting point you can enjoy a nice dinner or a drink in the Panorama restaurant on the 14th floor.
