Description
The municipality of Haarlemmermeer used to be a wild inland sea, on which all kinds of naval battles were fought. You cycle here at 6 meters below sea level, along the Ringvaart and the steam pumping stations that were needed to pump the water away from here. Thanks to the story poles and a fascinating museum, the stories about'de Waterwolf\\\' come to life. This is an exciting cycling route across the bottom of the Haarlemmermeer!
