24 VL day 05 Ghent-Schoonaarde via Scheldt route

START: P-bus at the Yachtdreef (near the Watersportbaan). Head south and turn RIGHT at the roundabout. Cross the roundabout STRAIGHT. Before the bridge (Leie) turn RIGHT and immediately LEFT onto the cycle path along the Leie towards Knpt 4. We also follow the Flanders Route (yellow signs/black print)

Junction 4 (bridge) STRAIGHT ahead towards Junction 31.

Junction 31 and over the ^1st bridge. Then RIGHT before the ^2nd bridge (= Fisheries) towards Knpt 5. From Knpt 5 follow the Scheldt route (signposted/junction list) until Knpt 68 (cafe't Oude Brughuys).

There is a restaurant along the way at Knpt 42 (opposite Schellebelle).

Here turn LEFT towards Junction 67. Then turn SHARP RIGHT and further on OVER the bridge.

At the traffic lights, turn RIGHT towards Knpt 67 and immediately take the ^1st RIGHT (=Oude Brugstraat). At the end is the P-bus. In the Oude Brugstraat: restaurant/cafe De Schelde, possibly open)

If START at P-bus Dampoort :

From P-bus to Kasteellaan/Gandastraat. Follow Gandastraat to Knpt 31. Turn LEFT there (= Fisheries) and continue to Knpt 5 and Junction List.
