In Central Groningen you get your asparagus directly from the farmer. It couldn't be fresher! There are not only asparagus growers along the route, but also regional shops where you will find farm-fresh eggs, the tastiest potatoes and free-range ham. Freshly cut asparagus from the region are on the menu in the Hotel Faber and Hotel van der Valk restaurants.
