100 years of Waalre: (2) Tour to discover the new cycle paths in Waalre

We leave at the Pracht in Kerkdorp-Aalst to really get started to the first FKP 23 and at the traffic lights but also further along the route we observe the traffic rules, so we also extend our hand at every turn, we as an organization can and do not take any responsibility in any event whatsoever!

At FKP 60 there is now Restaurant Leemerhoef where in the past (Napoleon) the loam was extracted to pave the road to Hasselt and Liège, we then belonged to the Diocese of LUIK. At FKP 71 there used to be a Waalres cafe, we cross the road for FKP 63 at the traffic lights and at FKP 63 we turn right to FKP 58 and go behind the hole of Waalre, to view the nature grazers here, etc.

Eg One Tank too many, (BEWARE here at this DANGEROUS crossing), ICE at de Boer, nature grazers, Watch out! Loose sand between FKP 57 and 56 the last 200 meters. FKP 25 here DANGEROUS crossing BEWARE, Vlasroot with Fish pond behind it, Energy mill Volmolen,

hamlets of Timmereind and Loon with Restaurant't Loon at FKP 91, we cross the Heikantstraat at FKP 45, DANGEROUS crossing BEWARE! At the Kantaven at FKP 61 we go via the Vliegenven, Molenven and Blokven to FKP 62 at the current Huis van Waalre.

After this we pass the Woldersven, Beatrixbank, Korenmolen, Church and Monastery, the old Hazzo and the statue of Mie Peels (Pils) on the Hof. From here we cross the Eindhovenseweg (CAUTION!) to turn right via the point before the bridge over the Keersop to Tennispark De Hurken to FKP 67, to go via the Achtereind and FKP 46 and along the Meeuwven and De Hut at the last FKP 66 before the A2.

From here we go back to FKP 23 to first pass the Regional Help Post, to return from here to the BEAUTIFUL and hopefully it was a wonderful cycling day for you!
