Cycling between Driebergen and Woudenberg

From Driebergen-Rijssenburg you can easily drive up the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. First you drive through Groot Heidestein. This former estate still contains some of the heathlands that dominated the Utrechtse Heuvelrug more than a hundred years ago. Then you cycle through the Austerlitz Forestry. The path leads you here past a mix of coniferous and deciduous trees. A wonderful environment for a day of relaxation. Around junction 94 you cycle through Den Treek Estate, where you will see some beautiful old buildings. You then descend to the Gelderse Vallei where you cycle through the village of Woudenberg. After a climb you drive through the Leersumse Veld and through the forests around Maarn. Finally, you cycle past Sparrendaal Estate. Back at Health Center Hoenderdaal you can enjoy a delicious meal.
