The city walk through Breda

The statue honors this supreme commander of the Allied troops during the Second World War. Brecht's house is also a white building that stands on the grounds of Breda Castle. The building was built in the second half of the 14th century. In the centuries that followed it fulfilled several functions. For example, a forge was located there, but also a military hospital.
