The countryside north of Haaksbergen and Neede

This route takes you through the countryside north of Haaksbergen and Neede. A region where you can cycle peacefully, also because you only drive through one significant town: Sint Isidorushoeve. You will also cycle through a gently sloping bocage landscape of fields, meadows, streams and small wooded areas. Just before junction 14 you drive through the Needse Achterveld. This nature reserve is one of the last pieces of wet heath in the Netherlands. A little further on you cross the Buurserbeek for the first time. At the bridge you can enjoy a beautiful view of the landscape. You drive a bit along the edge of Neede, after which you return through the forest to the Buurserbeek. The route ends at Coffee and Tea House Hof't Sprakel.
