Border North Brabant and Gelderland

The Maas forms the natural border between North Brabant and Gelderland. During this cycling tour of 59 kilometers you cycle through the Hatertse and Overasseltse Vennen in Gelderland. Here you will find dozens of fens in a nature reserve with forest, heathland and river dunes. In North Brabant you pass the Kraaijenbergse Plassen. This is an extensive lake area, which was created from the late 1960s by sand, gravel and clay extraction.
