Cycling through the woods south of Breda

South of Breda you will experience a wonderful cycling day in nature. First you drive a bit through the Markdal. From the saddle you have a beautiful view of the babbling brook and the wet grasslands. After a shortcut you drive through several contiguous forests: the Ulvenhoutse Bos, the Sint-Annabos and the Prinsenbos. Some forest plots in this vast forest area are centuries old! It won't be long before you drive into the next nature reserve: the Strijbeekse Heide. Here you will find a beautiful mix of fragrant conifers, heathland and tranquility. You cross the Mark one more time, after which you can get off at Alfons IJscreaties. Enjoy a refreshment here at your leisure, before crossing the old Mastbos with its stately avenues to conclude your route.
