Walking through the forest near Vledder

This walking route takes you through the varied nature between Vledder and Vledderveen. You will largely walk on unpaved paths, so make sure you wear sturdy footwear. After you have loosened your leg muscles, you walk into an extension of the Drents-Friese Wold at junction 24. Here you walk through a mosaic of forest, heathlands and grasslands. What you immediately notice here is the unprecedented silence by Dutch standards. Ideal for a day of relaxation. You will also pass the Blauwe Gat and the Mannespoel. There is a bench at both fens, so that you can enjoy nature and tranquility at your leisure. Finally, you walk along fields and meadows back to Camping Padjelanta. Here you can enjoy a carefree holiday in a Scandinavian atmosphere.
