Bicycle route Dalfsen, Vechtdal and Rechterense Veld

From Camping Starnbosch you can take a varied bike ride through Dalfsen and the surrounding area. First you drive to Huize Den Berg, a manor from 1705. You cross the Vecht, after which you cycle a bit through Dalfsen. Then you enter the Vechtdal. It is nice and quiet here to cycle through a landscape of meadows, fields and small wooded areas. Just past junction 90 you can climb the De Stokte lookout tower for a unique panorama of the area. You cross the river, after which you drive through Vilsteren. In this old estate village you will see beautiful monumental buildings and characteristic Saxon farms. The Vilsterse Molen is a flour mill from 1901. From the village you drive through the estate forest, after which you cycle through the wide landscape along the Overijssels Canal.
