Cycling through the Barony of Breda

This cycling route lets you discover the Barony of Breda. First, you'll cycle through the Teteringse Heide and Dorst Forestry. Here, you'll mainly cycle past fragrant conifers. Via Sint-Annabosch, you'll reach the Strijbeekse Heide. Here, you'll find a mix of coniferous forest, fens, and heathland. And not to forget, a refreshing tranquility. From junction 43, you'll cycle a considerable distance downstream along the Mark River. From the saddle, you'll have a beautiful view of the meadows and the rippling water. Around this junction, you'll cycle through the Mastbos, a forest planted in the sixteenth century on what was then the heathland. Just past junction 83, you'll cycle past the Markt in Ginneken, one of Breda's most charming spots.
